 American Pie Records opened in Old Town Camarillo in March 2022. After opening the doors with the vinyl collection Dr. D assembled over the past 60 years of American Pie predecessor stores, Owner Mike Curtis has worked tirelessly to keep the racks filled with new and exciting records. We buy new collections several times a week, always have all the staples in stock and guarantee we have records you’ve never seen in another store.

Mike is also an attorney at Baker Curtis & Schwartz, P.C. and serves on the Camarillo Old Town Association Board. He’s thrilled to have been able to turn his passion for vinyl and “old time rock-n-roll” into owning his own record shop.  Mike also oversees the monthly Old Town car cruises and plays an active role in all Old Town Association events, including hosting bands to play at the store whenever possible. 

 

Mike’s brother Gary has also now joined the team as his Capo.  He recently returned from Nashville.  And yes… he knows country music, but ‘80s pop is his biggest love.
